I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in South Florida. I am currently licensed to see clients living anywhere in FL and CO. I earned my Masters Degree from the University of Central Florida in 2018. I primarily work with adolescents and adults who struggle with eating disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and substance use disorders. I identify as a body positive clinician & I am committed to Health at Every Size (HAES). My prior experiences include working with teenagers and adults at the residential and outpatient levels of care and utilizing play therapy with children in an elementary school.
I take a holistic approach, aiming to treat my clients as a whole. I utilize therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, IFS, and expressive arts in order to individualize care. I believe that people have the potential to accomplish amazing things through self-acceptance and reconnecting with parts of themselves that feel frightening, negative, or shameful
